PRE-QUALIFICATION (PRE-Q) NOTICE
FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DEVELOPER TO DEVELOP, OPERATE, AND MANAGE BUNKERING AND BIOFUEL FACILITIES, AND/OR TOURISM-RELATED ACTIVITIES ON LAND LEASE FROM PORT KLANG CRUISE TERMINAL SDN. BHD.
Importance Notice
- PKCT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without assigning any reason and shall not be bound to accept the lowest or any proposal;
- PKCT shall not be liable for any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of proposals;
- This announcement is for general information only. Interested parties are required to refer to the official tender documents for full details and requirements;
- The Pre-Q Booklet will be available for sale from 29 April 2026 until 6 May 2026 only; and
- Pre-Q Closing Submission on 25th May 2026 not later than 12:00 p.m. (Malaysia Local Time)
- Failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification.
